The FSU Program in Neuroscience offers focused study of the brain through two undergraduate majors – Behavioral Neuroscience and Cell and Molecular Neuroscience. The curriculum emphasizes biology and psychology, with essential foundations in chemistry, physics, mathematics, and statistics. The unique multi-disciplinary breadth of the neuroscience degree and opportunities for hands-on research experience prepares students for a variety of STEM-related careers, including scientific research and/or education, numerous health professions, biomedical engineering, computer and cognitive science, as well as several human-centered professions such as law and economics.
