The Neuroscience Undergraduate Advising Office, located in the Psychology Department Building (PDB), A209, is staffed by two full-time undergraduate academic advisors, Jacquelyn Roberts and Lindsey Carrier. The Advising Office supports undergraduate students as they establish and realize their personal, academic and career goals at FSU.

How to schedule an appointment

 Schedule an appointment with your advisor through Campus Connect. There are three ways to access Campus Connect:

  1. Go directly to the Campus connect website and log in with your FSU ID
  2. Log in to my.fsu.edu and click on the Campus Connect icon
  3. Open the myFSU app on your phone and click on the Campus Connect icon

Drop-in Advising

Summer 2025 has limited drop-in advising (Mondays only).

  • Mon: 9:30am - 12pm, 1:30 - 3:30pm IN-PERSON (Lindsey Carrier)
    • To check in for in-person drop-in advising, please go to the Psychology/Neuroscience Advising office at PDB A209. Once you are checked in, a Neuroscience advisor will assist you.

Find a Course

How To Find Liberal Studies Courses

  1. Find a CoreFSU Course: https://core.fsu.edu/find-corefsu-course

    OR

    Find a course through Course Search:

  2. Sign into my.fsu.edu
  3. Click the Student Central Icon 
  4. Click the icon which says “My Classes”.
  5. Go to “Add Classes”
  6. Once taken to “Course Search” scroll down to “Additional Search Criteria”
  7. You may search by “General Education Area”, E-Series, State Mandated W, and other Liberal studies designations

How to Find a Neuroscience Elective

  1. Sign into my.fsu.edu
  2. Click the Student Central Icon 
  3. Click on “Class Search”
  4. Go to “Add Classes”
  5. Once taken to “Course Search” scroll down to “Additional Search Criteria”
  6. Select the Term at the top
  7. Under “Course Number” select “contains” in the drop-down menu then enter the course number (for example, type in “4039” for PSY 4039, Honors in the Major Research)
